Our Story
We started in different places of the world touring The US, Canada, Japan, the UK, and Norway. We appear on many recordings with different bands and various artists. In 2008 we were cemented together through a love of music and a passion for creating. Our Duo Light & Sound brings us joy every time we write or perform together.
What Inspires Us
- Despite sharing many of the same interests and pastimes, we are inspired by different things and styles of music that lead us to work seamlessly in a creative setting. We take turns composing our tunes so we are both invested in each song and its meaning.
Our Influences
- Our music blends Electric Rock, Acoustic Melodies, Jazz, and New Age to create a unique sound. Our music is personal and inspired by our own lives. We’ve written about the excitement of traveling, unfolding, love, friendships, loss and getting older.
